Organization Overview
Founded in 1989, Central & North Florida Business Travel Association (CNFBTA) is an organization dedicated to advancing the interests of the corporate travel industry. As the collective voice of this industry for Central and North Florida, we support and represent our core constituents of corporate travel buyers/travel administrators/meeting planners and associated travel companies by providing tools, information and networks required for effective business travel management. Our resources are dedicated to providing a forum for the constructive exchange of information and ideas among our members. We are committed to enhancing the image of travel manager and the educational advancement of our members. CNFBTA is an affiliation of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), whose members represent major corporations and travel suppliers throughout the World.
Internal Database
CNFBTA has approximately 80 members. 10% are directs (travel buyers) and 90% are allieds (travel sellers). CNFBTA has a database of approximately 350 prospective members and past meeting attendees.
Advertising Efforts
Event notices are sent out to the entire database beginning approximately 30 days prior to an event and continue until the day prior to an event. Each event is communicated to the entire database at least 5 times. Press releases about all our chapter events are sent to local chapters of all travel / hospitality associations and local media. CNFBTA creates an Event Program for each meeting which is provided to each attendee. Future meetings that are firm prior to the meeting, will be published in this collateral. All registrations for CNFBTA events are made on through the organization’s website, www.cnfbta.org.
In Kind Sponsorships
CNFBTA is a not for profit association that needs funds to operate our chapter. CNFBTA will accept in kind donations from travel suppliers to help us to defray our operating costs.
