2nd Quarter 2018 CNFBTA Educational Forum

The Future of Travel Distribution

Our Keynote Steve Shur, President of Travel Tech will bring us up to speed on public policy and standards and the paradigm shift in Washington's approach to the travel industry in the Trump Administration.

Do you really understand the New Distribution Channel model that has been discussed in the industry for years now?  How close is the industry to adopting and melding this model into managed travel programs?  Are branded fares giving you headaches?  How are others in the industry dealing with this new faring model being adopted by most of the carriers?

Our event will tackle some of these hard to answer questions.  A panel of your peers will delve into how they are managing this paradigm shift both from the business traveler perspective and supplier perspective. Panelists include:

  • Jennifer Steinke, Global Travel Director, WTMC
  • Tom Wilkinson, Director of Supplier Services, Concur
  • Tammy Krings, CEO, ATG Travel
  • Joel Baum, Sr. Manager, Indirect Strategic Sourcing, Harris Corporation

Our Industry Keynote, Anthony Toth, Managing Director of United Airlines, will provide insight on airline strategy and goals.

We will also provide an opportunity for knowledge sharing with Roundtables.

GBTA - 3 CE credits will apply.
