Keynote Speaker

Margaret M. Brady

Margaret Brady, a Director, Global Management Strategy consultant with TCG Consulting, is a recognized transformational leader and expert with over twenty years’ experience in global business travel, card, expense and meetings.  Her professional career includes managing global business travel categories for professional services firms, shaping strategic direction and delivering to the long-term vision for a successful managed travel program.   

With a strong background in operations, sourcing and supplier management, Margaret is able to develop strategies finding a healthy balance for both cost savings and service quality. Margaret has been recognized for her work and advocacy for advancing the travel industry.  During her career Margaret has served on the major supplier advisory boards and is a frequent industry speaker and subject matter expert where she open shares ideas, challenges the norms and has a continuous passion to generate creative and innovative solutions that drive impactful results.

Lowell Fiallo, Travel Operations Manager Firmwide Procurement, KPMG

Lowell Fiallo is Travel Operations Manager Firmwide Procurement for KPMG.  Lowell is primarily responsible for the managing the strategy for hotel sourcing for the America and APAC region.  Lowell also managed KPMG’s corporate apartment and car rental programs.   He partners with key stakeholders on the testing, implementation and promotion of travel technologies.  Previous to joining KPMG, Lowell was the Travel Operations and People Leader, Client Management and Consulting for American Express Global Business Travel.  In this role, he partnered with cross functional teams in category sourcing for hotels, airlines and ground providers and lead the management strategy to drive supplier savings and support.

Ilene Onieal, Travel Program Manager, NetJets

Ilene Onieal is the Travel Program Manager for NetJets.  It is her responsibility to oversee execution of travel initiatives to achieve annual improvements in rate, quality, and service. She supports $150-million-dollar global hotel, air, and ground travel program through analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and cost containment initiatives.  To accomplish that, Ilene monitors daily rate compliance, traveler issues/complaints, metrics for meeting targeted budgets and market share at primary hotels, tax residency programs, automated booking targets, collaboration with Scheduling on room support, and continued collaboration with the Pilot's Union Joint Travel & Logistics Committee.

Jami Hedrick, Executive Director, Account Management, Travel & Transport


Jami Hedrick is the Executive Director, Account Management at Travel & Transport.  In her role, she provides direction and oversight for Account Management activity in the corporate travel arena; including direct management of Account Managers and Representatives. Jami is responsible for strategy, scope, execution, and success of Account Management activity and for maintaining relationships with top level personnel in key accounts and cultivating new relationships for prospective accounts.

Jami has her MBA in Business Administration from Creighton University – Heider’s College of Business and a BS from Upper Iowa University.
