What is artificial intelligence and how can I leverage it in my travel program?  Join us to discuss what AI really means and the ways that is currently being used to improve managed travel and corporate strategies. 

Our Keynote speaker,Tracie Carillo, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Travel Incorporated, will offer some impactful insights on how your travel management company partners are leveraging AI to better serve their customers. 

We will also include a panel of experts to discuss various ways that AI is being leveraged to take travel to the next level.  Our Panelists will include:

In addition, for our direct/buyers members, we will host a roundtable prior to the Educational Forum from 11:30am to 12:30pm.  This new addition is to allow time to knowledge share and brainstorm with your fellow travel managers and travel buyers.

Keynote Speaker

Tracie Carillo, Senior Vice President, Travel Incorporated 

Tracie Carillo is a travel industry veteran with over 20 years of travel technology expertise.  Tracie is currently Senior Vice President at Travel Incorporated, overseeing the Business Development and Marketing divisions with a focus on new technology initiatives.   Ms. Carillo specializes in aligning new technology innovation to the underlying root issue of the end user's needs. She has been fortunate to work with, and lead, a diverse range of technology and sales organizations from the Corporate 100 and multinational travel companies, to Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Global Hospitality specialists.

Oren Geshuri, Director of Ideation, The Lyndon Group

Oren Geshuri is Director of Ideation at The Lyndon Group. Depending on the client or the situation, Oren can be a troubleshooter, a therapist, a number-cruncher, or a negotiator. After spending almost 20 years in the Entertainment industry, he really enjoys working with companies across all industries and getting a taste of other business sectors. As Lyndon Group’s resident nerd, he has been a steady voice encouraging the team to adopt new tools and technologies. A lifelong bookworm, Oren cannot fathom a world without escapist literature or incisive non-fiction.

Michael Jacques, Chief Commercial Officer, LUMO

Michael Jacques is Chief Commercial Officer    He’s a travel industry veteran with 30+ years of travel experience.  Michael is a former travel agency owner and over the past 19 years has held senior management business development roles with e-travel, Cytric/Amadeus, Farelogix, Tripware, and Databasics. He's passionate about innovative solutions that advance corporate travel. Michael is active in his local GBTA chapter in St. Louis and former Co-Chair of GBTA's Technology Committee. 

John Newsome, Chief Information Officer for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority

John Newsome is the Chief Information Officer for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. He is responsible for computer and communication systems that provide business and operations automation at the Orlando International Airport and the Orlando Executive Airport. These systems include telephone and wired and wireless data communications, access control and surveillance, passenger boarding control, baggage handling, facilities asset management, finance, human resources and other enterprise management systems.
Mr. Newsome‘s prior experience was in the application of automation and communications technologies to aerospace programs. Much of his career was with McDonnell Douglas Corporation in ever more responsible leadership positions in research, development and operation of leading edge systems. These systems included training simulators, test and evaluation systems, missile defense and launch control systems, manufacturing automation and integrated enterprise information systems.
Mr. Newsome holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Alabama. He is a past Chairman of the Business Information Technology Committee of the Airports Council International – North America and the Chairman of the Florida Airports Council Information Technology Committee. He is also a member of the Executive Advisory Council of the Central Florida Society of Information Management.  


Tom Tulloch, Executive Vice President, PredictX 

Tom is Executive Vice President and Managing Director of PredictX North America. Tom’s career spans two decades of leadership and expertise in the data business.  After launching Commission Express, an e-commerce payments platform for National Processing, Tom joined TRX in 2007 to lead the business development efforts for the company.   After the successful divestiture of TRX to Concur in 2013, Tom joined the start-up PredictX where he is currently responsible for managing client relationships with Global multinational customers representing a combined spend of over $10B annually.

Passionate about data, Tom has been helping corporate buyers optimize program goals through applied artificial intelligence.  Widely recognized in our industry as a data and emerging technologies subject matter expert Tom is frequently sought out to share his knowledge and expertise around new technologies shaping the travel industry.

Julie Sachse, Founder & Director, Sax Meditation

Julie is a successful, well respected corporate leader and strategist. She grew up on a family farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, graduated from VCU in Rochmond, and currently resides in Orlando, Florida. Her career encompassses successful leadership in hospitality and the travel industry. She has managed one of the largest corporate travel programs in North America; as well as, led award winning sales teams.  Julie has integrated her passion and expanded her scope as a Travel & Workplace Wellness Advocate, Holistic Health & Life Coach, and a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. 

Julie is an inspirational guru and "best life" advocate, seeking choices that support being "who you are,"and knowing that it is always enough in a private moment. She loves sharing the gift of self-awareness throgh simple meditation techniques and practices. She coaches in private and corporate settings, one-on-one, and group meditations. Her knowledge and coaching techniques help clients quickly discover how being mindful through meditation training can create a positive impact on all areas of life RIGHT NOW. Julie has an established daily meditation practice of her own and is passionate about meditation and the benefits of living a mindful life. She is dedicated to helping others to "wake up" and live life in this present moment because...LIFE IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!!!
