Maria has been fortunate to be part of travel and hospitality industry for most of her professional life. It has been an adventure to blend the organized nature of research & insights with the fun and free aspect of travel and entertainment. Today, Maria leads a breadth of research initiatives that guide Visit Orlando’s business strategies in the areas of Consumer Marketing, Member Relations, and Meetings & Conventions. Prior to joining Visit Orlando, Maria managed numerous consumer insights studies for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment as part of SEA’s Corporate Research team.

Kristen Labelle | Business Development Manager, AMER Region | OTA Insights

Kristen Labelle represents OTA Insight, managing Sales for the AMER region, where she focuses on engaging local and global players in the hospitality industry to share the challenges they face in the digital landscape. Her company provides industry leading tools and insights to empower hoteliers and Asset/Hotel Management Companies to make smarter revenue and distribution decisions.

Kristen has held a number of roles in the industry over the past 10 years, with top US chains such as IHG, Hilton, and Marriott. With her ample experience in Business Development strategy, Revenue Management, and Operations, she is especially aware of the challenges hoteliers face in understanding dynamic market demand, rate strategy, and channel distribution. 

Her main passion and focus is on building relationships to help hotels, properties, and management companies optimise their revenue and distribution strategies and overcome any technological barriers.
